The ring of CTR was a religious symbol of faith for the Mormon religion for almost 50 years. The three letters that means "Chooses The Right", the insert on a green protection, have a rich history, and a deep deeper direction for a lot of the members of the church. Creation
The creation of the ring was directed by a committee of eight women of the church of LDS: Noami W. Randall, Norma Nichols, Virginia Canon, Vauna Jacobsen, Ruth Clinger, Virginia Bryner, John Hughes and Helen Evans. The head of the committee, Noami W. Randall was the first one to recommend that the symbol officially incorporated in the equipment of the educational church for the youth. The church wanted a "the conviction emblem" for the boys and the girls.

In 1970, then apostle of the church Gordon B. Hinckley, announced officially the new equipment of "CTR" in a lecture church wide as the party of a program for six and children of seven years.
